Sweet Basil Salad Recipe

*Notice,when I buy a bundle of herbs such as the basil, I keep then in a great vase on the kitchen island for days. I simply clip off the herbs I want to use in a fresh salad or as seasoning in a recipe.
5 Roma tomatoes sliced in half (long way)
1 bag of Aruglua and Baby Greens Salad Mix
1 bunch of clean Basil Leaves
1 ball of Mozarella Cheese diced in large blocks
Set oven to 400 degrees. Brush both sides of the tomatoes with a generous portion of Olive Oil. Place sliced tomatoes in casserole dish cut side up. Roast for 30 – 40 minutes. Let tomatoes cool. Arrange Salad Greens and Basil Leaves in a salad bowl. Add Mozzarella blocks. Add Tomatoes. Toss with Balsamic Vinegar. Sprinkle with Croutons.
